Based in London's New Covent Garden Market, we have been supplying thousands
of satisfied customers since farmaround was established in 1994.
Farmaround specializes in the weekly home delivery of assorted selections
of organic fruit and vegetables. We have Standard Family Bags, Mini Bags
for single people, Mediterranean Bags, Salad Boxes, Luxury Bags as well
as a selection of Vegetable Modules that you can combine. We also have Standard,
Mini and Luxury Fruit Bags and an organic grocery range.
With no costly outlets to maintain, we eliminate the long supply chain that
decreases shelf-life and increases price. By following nature's seasons
and bringing produce from the farm straight to your door, we offer excellent
value for money.
We deliver to different postcodes on different days of the week. Click here to find out when your delivery day will be.
There is a minimum order value of £12.25 of fresh produce which is the price of the Standard Organic Vegetable Bag. It may comprise any of the various vegetable bags, modules and fruit selections. The base of your order will be fruit and vegetables to which you may add groceries as you wish. We do not supply groceries on their own. There is a £1 delivery charge.
Once you have placed an order we will deliver to you automatically each
week. This ensures you have a steady, healthy supply of fresh organic produce
and groceries without the time and hassle of shopping around.
We pride ourselves on the flexible and personal service that we offer. You
will be assigned your own driver who will make all your deliveries and our
friendly knowledgeable customer service staff are only a phone call or email
away. Our newsletter keeps you in touch with farmaround growers so you know
who grows your food and where.
Farmaround have only ever sold organic food and are certified by the Organic
Farmers and Growers Association. We are committed to the principles and
development of organic agriculture and to buying locally wherever possible.

| Dear Customer, In an age when one food scandal follows another, more and more people are turning to organics. Being vegetarian, and keen to eat organically myself, I noticed how difficult it was to regularly obtain a good range of fresh organic produce. I was also concerned that so much of our beautiful island is being ravaged by intensive farming methods. Our flora and wildlife are in decline; and thousands of miles of hedgerows and meadow are uprooted each year, turning our once green and pleasant land into chemically-sodden prairies. I set up farmaround from small beginnings in South London in order to offer Londoners freshly harvested organic produce delivered straight to their doorstep and with a desire to encourage and support small organic farmers. We are currently engaged in a project involving the Heritage Seed Library to try and revive some of the old and unusual varieties of fruit and vegetables that are no longer commercially grown and which face extinction. They are a feature of our fresh produce bags during the English season. We are proud to support and be associated with Compassion in World Farming and their tremendous work as they strive to gain a better life for farm animals. They are working both here and across the globe to end factory farming and the cruel, unnecessary live export of animals. All of us at farmaround endeavour to provide you with the best quality of produce and the best possible service that we can. As demand for organics increases, so more land will be converted back to organic methods. Fertile soils, clean running streams, meadows full of wild flowers and hedgerows teeming with wildlife will no longer just be the image of our past but the image of our future.
